Prime Rib and Bacon Wrapped Shrimp

Categories : Beef

KevinWI (Wisconsin), one of our Lang Forum members shared this Surf and Turf recipe.

Kevin went for the Hot & Fast method of cooking on a smoker cooker. For his TURF he selected Prime Rib and his SURF was the bacon wrapped shrimp.

This Prime rib and bacon wrapped shrimp recipe gets some subtle flavors from cherry wood.
